GENDER EQUALITY INDEX
Each year before March 1, companies with at least 50 employees, must calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index on their own website.
They must also share it, with the details of the various indicators, to their Social and Economic Committee (CSE) as well as to the Labor Inspection (Direccte).
The Index is built around 4 indicators calculated out of at total of 100 points
- Wages gaps between women-men
- Difference in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men
- Number of employees who returned from maternity leave and received a raise upon their return
- Parity between women and men among the company's top 10 highest-paid employees
The Gender Equality Index in calculated over a reference period, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021

This indicator cannot be calculated, as no age range employs 3 men and 3 women.

INDICATOR N°2 : DIFFERENCE IN THE RATE OF INDIVIDUEL SALARY INCREASES
This indicator can be calculated, the score is 35/35.
During the reference period, 6 women and 59 men received individual salary increases.

INDICATOR N°3 : RETURN FROM MATERNITY LEAVE
This indicator cannot be calculated, no employee was on maternity leave during the reference period.

INDICATOR N°4 : 10 HIGHEST-PAID EMPLOYEES
This indicator can be calculated, the score is 0/10.
During the reference period, the number of women among the 10 highest-paid employees is 0, the number of men is 10
Regarding the indicators, our index is incalculable (5.1. of appendix 2 of decree 2019-15 of January 8, 2019).
Indeed, if according to the calculable indicators, the maximum number of points is less than 75, then the final score (index) cannot be calculated.
This is the case: indicators N°1 and N°3 cannot be calculated.
