Developed following requests from glazing manufacturers, this equipment was designed to eliminate the hardship associated with carrying heavy loads and thus ensure the safety of operators..
A first poly-articulated 6-axis robot deposits the corkpads on each glazing (patent by TECAUMA) while a second robot, equipped with a suction cup gripper, deposits the glazing on a pallet/trolley/rack, to a position communicated by the ERP system of customer.
Operators therefore only have to position empty pallets/trolley/racks in the the safety area, and unload them once full.
The robotic cell for glass conditioning has already proven its effectiveness among IGU manufacturers in France and abroad.
