The company chose TECAUMA to design and produce an ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) for long products (TEC’UP solution), equipped with 750 boxes.

Charles BERTHET – Technical Director at Tellier Brise-Soleil:Tellier Brise-Soleil new Stacker crane

This building was designed around the stacker crane, with a capacity of 750 boxes, in which we can put stretchers or bundles, which allow us to store the lacquered aluminum profiles […] but also the stock of raw profiles .

Following this storage in the stacker crane, the profiles come out directly where we have 4 saws at the exit of the stacker crane with loading/unloading autonomy for each operator, which avoids time-consuming handling via forklift operators”.

The TECAUMA approach in Storage projects: Vignette Tecauma

We accompany our clients in their reflection by giving them the keys to think and mature such projects. Above all, TEC’UP, our automated storage and retrieval system, is the starting point of a factory process and for this, the flows and the layout of the production lines must be considered in a unique approach.

Thanks to Tellier Brise-Soleil for their trust.
